All information entered into OpenID.net.nz by Identity is private to Identity except to the extent that he or she opts to share that information with other OpenID.net.nz members and/or the public, through OpenID.net.nz or otherwise.
It is Encode Ltd's policy to respect the privacy of Identities. Therefore, Encode Ltd will not disclose to any third party Identity's name or contact information.
Encode Ltd will also not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a Identity's information unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Encode Ltd;
- protect and defend the rights or property of Encode Ltd; or
- act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of OTS members or the public;
- fix or debug problems with the OpenID.net.nz software/service.
